SHIPPING
Most of the orders placed through us are shipped within 4 business days. You will be notified of a planned shipping date within 4 business days of placing your order. The Shipping charges are subject to estimation thus, actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice according to best method/best price, and the same will be informed to you prior to the shipping. Accepting requests for pickup or special delivery are at our discretion.
PAYMENT
We accept convenient modes of payment such as net banking, credit cards, debit cards, google pay, phone pe and BHIM. However, In some cases we may offer cash on delivery as a mode of payment for your orders.
OCTROI
Octroi is a local tax collected on various articles brought into a district. Cities such as Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivili, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri & Chinchwardi, Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune, Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable Octroi will be payable by the customer. You are required to pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Zodoois not responsible for any Octroi payments.
DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT- ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY AND MODE OF DELIVERY
Products are shipped at the earliest however the estimated time of delivery varies depending on the location for delivery. Orders are processed by our vendors within 1-4 business days post placing an order and are handed over to a reputed courier company for domestic orders. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, our vendors may use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Products/goods will be shipped by the Vendors but in some exceptional cases or on the request of vendor, the company at its own discretion can also deliver the goods/products to the Customer/Buyers.
The Buyer/Customer can return the product if it is not as per their requirements. The customer/Buyer needs to raise a request in the website for returning the product. Once request is been approved, the seller/Seller person will take the delivery of the product from the Buyers/Customer address.
PACKAGING OF THE ITEM
Unframed and unmounted works of art will be shipped rolled up and in protective cylinders. Art works that are framed (with glass or otherwise) or those art works which are susceptible to breakage will be packed in protective layers of bubble-wrap and other such anti-shock material so that they are delivered to you undamaged.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Currently we do not do International Delivery. However, we are working on offering various products to international customers and we shall update in this section more information regarding international delivery as soon as we start.
ONLINE TRACKING
All items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We will email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login to our website.
BUYERS PROTECTION PROGRAM
The payment is not released to the seller until the product is delivered to the buyer and the buyer confirms product satisfaction. Zodoyo.com upholds high standards of post purchase service, such as easy returns and refunds in case of damaged/defective/broken orders, or if the order does not match the description as specified on the website.
